Our SKN REHAB Signature Facial is a multi-targeted treatment designed to help you improve the quality and appearance of your skin. It can help you treat the following concerns:

The treatment uses a special facial machine that combines five different scientifically proven and NON-INVASIVE technologies to target every skin concern – and transform the appearance of your skin.

This treatment uses a selection of active products and vitamins. In order for these to work efficiently, they need to penetrate through your skin’s top layers. This treatment enables this by resurfacing the skin and then delivering ingredients deep into your skin’s cellular levels. Product penetration is enhanced by up to 400%, feeding your skin’s cells with skin-enriching vitamins, antioxidants, and actives.

The different stages and how they work are outlined below. Note that each 60-minute facial treatment is personalised for your skin, helping you get the results you desire.

In this stage, a special wand of diamond encrusted abrasion crowns is used to safely resurface, rejuvenate and polish your skin.

A negative electrical charge is used to flush out dirt, impurities and toxins from your skin. It also opens up your pores in preparation for the following stages, enabling your skin to fully absorb the vitamins, nutrients and actives for optimal results.

A mild positive micro-electrical charge effectively “pushes” actives, antioxidants and vitamins into your skin’s cellular level. Your skin becomes brighter and more hydrated. This process helps to tackle a variety of skin concerns and increases the absorption of active ingredients by up to 400%.

LED light waves penetrate your skin to soothe, treat and calm it. Your skin becomes balanced, glowing and radiant.

LED Light Therapy uses colour light (UV-free) in a spectrum of wavelengths via tiny LED bulbs, which treats and resolves your skin concerns. This stage also delivers antibacterial benefits, giving you an immediate glow. Zeolite Oxygen also helps to plump out fine lines and wrinkles.

Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes.

You will notice see improvements straight after the treatment. Your skin will appear and feel more refreshed with a beautiful glow. However, results are cumulative. Your skin will continue to improve after each facial treatment. Obviously, how quick the treatment works will depend on the type and nature of the concern(s) you are treating. Combating acne will be different to treatment dull and tired skin, for example.

No, there is no pain. Your qualified therapist will adjust the machine’s settings to accommodate different skin sensitivities. Most patients remark that the treatments are very relaxing!

This is a non-invasive treatment, meaning there is virtually no downtime. However, there are a few things you should note:

• Avoid heat treatments for 24 to 48 hours afterwards.
• No retinol or AHAs to be used for two weeks after treatment.
• No acid, IPL or chemical peels for two weeks after treatment.
• Avoid excessive exercise immediately after treatment.
• Avoid UV exposure immediately after treatment and wear a daily SPF 30.
• Make-up can be applied 20 minutes after treatment.
• You may experience a small amount of micro peeling after your Diamond Microdermabrasion.
