Vie Aesthetics is led by our hands-on Founder and CEO, Vicky Grammatikopoulou, and our Medical Director, Dr Ioannis Liakas. Together, they work closely with our medical professionals, VieDerma skin therapists, patient coordinators and operational team across our Rayleigh and Holborn clinics. Our team combines clinical knowledge, personal care and continuous learning. We keep pace with developments in medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine, wellness and skin health, carefully evaluating new treatments and technologies before introducing them to our patients and clients. Our Investors in People Gold accreditation reflects the importance we place on supporting our staff. We believe that when people feel valued, informed and able to do their best work, it creates a better experience for everyone who visits Vie Aesthetics.

CEO Vicky founded Vie Aesthetics in 2013 and has seen the company grow into one of the most respected and forward-thinking clinics in Europe. A tireless worker behind the scenes, Vicky is passionate about safety, ethics, education and customer experience. She has received multiple “entrepreneur of the year” nominations and business awards for her work. Prior to Vie Aesthetics, she ran her own language school and held prestigious roles as an educator and later as university lecturer. Oh, and if you’re ever in our Rayleigh clinic, also know she’s fantastic company over a cup of coffee!

Vicky Grammatikopoulou (MA, PGCE, BHons)
Founder & CEO

Medical Director Dr. Ioannis Liakas is a shining gem in the medical aesthetics world. Prior to becoming an industry leading practitioner, he worked for the NHS for more than 20 years. As an award-winning aesthetician, he has appeared on TV and in print to educate consumers on safety and the latest medical innovations. Among his growing list of accomplishments, he is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP), an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Queen Mary Medical School, and a Member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine (BCAM). He is also extremely personable and helpful. With Dr Liakas, you are in very safe hands.

Medical Director

Dr Eleni Maria Liaka is works with the medical team in the Essex clinic. She leads our National Weight Management Programme and provides medical and facial skin treatments. When she is not at Vie in Rayleigh, she works in the NHS as a Psychiatry Resident Doctor. Dr Helena (as we call her) has a passion for patient care. She believes in supporting you on your journey for better health and wellness. Patients love her precision, and her soft and caring approach.

Dr Eleni Maria Liaka (IBSc, MBBS)
Aesthetic Doctor

Dr Linea works with our team in Essex. She is a highly skilled, experienced and award winning medical facial aesthetic practitioner. A qualified dentist since 2005, Dr Linea found her passion for aesthetic treatments in 2007. In 2017, she founded her own company and is now a registered CQC provider at her flagship clinic in Ipswich. With a wealth of medical knowledge and a superior understanding of facial anatomy, Dr Linea is a asset to Vie. She has mastered the art of natural rejuvenation, winning multiple awards including best result for non-surgical full face rejuvenation.

As Chief Operating Officer, Richard works closely with our clinical, operational and front-of-house teams to ensure the business runs efficiently and consistently. Before joining Vie, Richard worked in IT, customer support, service delivery and relationship management across local government and higher education. For Richard, Vie’s people are central to its success. He believes that when you look after your team and create an environment where people feel valued and supported, that care naturally extends to every patient and client who walks through our doors.

Jade works closely with Founder and CEO Vicky Grammatikopoulou to plan and deliver Vie Aesthetics’ marketing, campaigns, content and brand communications. She helps ensure that everything we share reflects Vie’s values, personality and commitment to clear, responsible patient education. With a passion for creativity and a strong eye for detail, Jade enjoys bringing new ideas to life.

As our FOH Team Leader, Maria really is our hero. She assists within all departments and helps to organise us all. She also has a degree in Clinic Management and we couldn't think of anyone better suited for us! Apart from being the Queen of organising, Maria has a beautiful welcoming aura and clients instantly feel relaxed when they are around her.

Head of Reception

Angie is one of the friendly faces welcoming patients and clients to Vie Aesthetics. Having worked with us previously, she returned with a strong understanding of Vie, our clinics and the personal service we aim to provide. Her caring nature has earned her the affectionate title of “mother hen” within the reception team, as she is always ready to support both visitors and colleagues. Angie enjoys getting to know our patients, hearing about their experiences and seeing their treatment results. Her warmth and familiarity help make every visit feel welcoming, comfortable and personal.

Receptionist & Patient Coordinator

Olivia brings together strong client-service experience, academic curiosity and excellent attention to detail. Olivia also supports our compliance administration. Olivia has a passion for history. In fact, she holds a master’s degree in History and hopes to continue her academic journey with a PhD. The research, organisation and critical-thinking skills developed through her studies complement her compliance work particularly well. Olivia enjoys the balance between the people-focused and administrative aspects of her role. Her positive nature, care and professionalism make her a valued member of the Vie team.
