Led by our hands-on founder and CEO Vicky Grammatikopoulou, and our Medical Director Dr Ioannis Liakas, our teams work hard to provide the highest standard of care, the latest developments from within the aesthetics industry, the most advanced technologies, trending offers and campaigns in accordance with CQC regulations. Our clients and our staff are our priority and this is reflected in the fact that Vie Aesthetics is an Investors In People GOLD employer and this year the company is celebrating 10 Years of Vie Aesthetics! There is never a dull day in the Vie Aesthetics office and clinics.

CEO Vicky founded Vie Aesthetics in 2013 and has seen the company grow into one of the most respected and forward-thinking aesthetics clinics in Europe. A tireless worker behind the scenes, Vicky is passionate about safety, ethics and customer experience, and she has received multiple “entrepreneur of the year” nominations for her work. Prior to Vie Aesthetics, she ran her own language school and held prestigious roles as an educator and university lecturer. Oh, and if you’re ever in our Rayleigh clinic, also know she’s fantastic company over a coffee!

Medical Director Dr. Ioannis Liakas is a shining gem in the aesthetics world. Prior to becoming an industry leading practitioner, he worked for the NHS for more than 20 years. As an award-winning aesthetician, he has appeared on TV and in print to educate consumers on safety and the latest medical innovations. Among his growing list of accomplishments, he is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (FRCP), an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Queen Mary Medical School, and a Member of the British College of Aesthetic Medicine. He is also extremely personable and helpful. With Dr Liakas, you are in very safe hands, indeed.

Dr Eleni Maria Liaka is a Harley-Street trained Aesthetic doctor, who provides injectables at the clinic and also leads our National Weight Management Programme. When Dr Helena is not at Vie Aesthetics, she works as a full-time doctor in the NHS. We are so proud of her for stepping up to work on the frontline during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Following working as an advanced NHS Nurse for over 10 years, Nicola is a Harley Street trained Aesthetic Nurse with over 5 years experience in the field. Nicola has joined Vie Aesthetics as our Menopause Clinic lead and as an injector, and we are thrilled to have her as part of our team.

We are delighted to have Dr Maria Minou on our Vie Aesthetics team. She is a highly skilled, caring and very approachable specialised Aesthetic Doctor, who performs all the injectable treatments for wrinkle reduction, volumising fillers, and lip augmentation.

Dr Sunni Patel joins us as a Nutrition Expert to offer health and nutrition services across our clinics. Sunni holds a PhD in risk factors for Type II diabetes and heart disease and is a registered and qualified holistic health coach covering culinary medicine and nutrition, personal training and fitness alongside stress management, eating addictions and quality of life coaching. He has experience in helping people going through non-medical health issues, gut health problems as well as using lifestyle approaches alongside medical intervention for menopause.

The lovely Amie worked in beauty for 10 years before making the transition into skincare, where she has been built up a huge portfolio of delighted clients. Amie is also such a sweetheart, we have never met anyone quite as selfless and caring as Amie.

Sofia has worked in the industry since the age of 16, studying aesthetics in London College of Beauty Therapy and West London Beauty Academy, both top places to study beauty in London. Sofia is always attentive to each client's needs delivering advice and a tailored skin routine. She has in-depth knowledge in skin health and always finds opportunities to learn more.

Nicoletta is not only the hardest-working, professional, and most-dedicated member of staff, she is also an angel with the sweetest smile. No wonder she is so loved by all of us. Nicoletta has a passion for her work and we could not imagine the clinic without her.

As our FOH Team Leader, Maria really is our hero. She assists within all departments and helps to organise us all. She also has a degree in Clinic Management and we couldn't think of anyone better suited for us! Apart from being the Queen of organising, Maria has a beautiful welcoming aura and clients instantly feel relaxed when they are around her.

She speaks multiple languages and is currently doing a Bachelor’s degree in History, aiming to get a PhD. She makes a great addition to our warm-hearted reception team as she loves putting a smile on people’s faces.
