Accessibility for our Clients

As is part of our commitment to be open, accessible, caring and safe for all our patients, Vie Aesthetics have partnered with LanguageLine Solutions, and we offer all our patients access to independent and professional 24/7 interpreting services. This is for hearing impaired clients and speakers of other languages, who are not proficient in English. As such, we offer an interpreting service for British Sign Language and in 240 other languages. This allows us to ensure you have full access to our services and that you are always clear about all aspects of your treatments.   Vie Aesthetics covers the cost for this service, which means that it is offered for free to all our clients who need this for phone, video, and face-to-face consultations. The service covers your communication with us during consultations, discussions of the treatment and explanation of the consent form, as well as for reviews and follow-ups. All you need to do, is to notify us during your enquiry that you will need the service, specifying whether you are hearing impaired or what  your preferred language is for interaction with our team. Our Reception staff will then set this up for you ahead of your visit or your remote communication – over audio or video.

Our Rayleigh clinic is a short way off the A127 and we have available parking for up to 12 cars. This is reserved for staff and customers only and is situated at the rear of our Rayleigh. We are now installing 2 bicycle stands, too. In case it is busy and you find it hard to park, you can park on the Rayleigh station carpark , just across the clinic. The clinic is accessible by train on the Greater Anglia line (Liverpool Street to Southend Victoria) line and by bus (1, 122, 25, 3, 96, A9, X30). The station is just 2 minutes walk away.We are approximately 20-min drive from Southend airport, and 10-mins by train

Harley Street:

Short-term parking is available in surrounding streets and long-term car parking at car parks in Cavendish Square, Weymouth Mews and Wellbeck Street. Harley Street is inside the London Congestion Charge zone and the Ultra-Low Emission zone.

The following buses stop on Oxford Street, only a short walk away:113, 137, 189 – Stop OH (Oxford Circus Station, towards multiple destinations)

Our clinic in Rayleigh has a whole area for disabled access with a dedicated entrance, a treatment room, and disabled access WC. The entrance faces the car park, so please ring the bell and we will facilitate your access. We would be very grateful, if you let us know at the time of  making your booking, so we can make arrangements with booking and inform the schedule for our practitioners.
