The Lanluma Non-Surgical Facelift works by stimulating the production of collagen deep within your skin. Lanluma contains a biodegradable, biocompatible material known as poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) that is injected deep into areas of need by your doctor. The PLLA is absorbed by the body, gradually rebuilding your collagen strands. Folds, lines and wrinkles are softened and filled in. Over time, you achieve a smoother, tighter, more revitalised appearance.

Lanluma is popular with many of our clients because its outcome is achieved from your OWN collagen. This is different to many standard filler treatments. Furthermore, results improve over the initial months after treatment.

The Lanluma Non-Surgical Facelift is a collagen stimulant treatment. It works quickly but gradually. You may notice some improvements after your session. Your doctor will discuss your goals with you during your consultation, and monitor your progress in free reviews. We always advise that less is more in the first instance. If, after your initial outcome, you decide you want even more volume, you can have a follow-up session until you are happy with the end result.

Yes, the Lanluma Non-Surgical Facelift can be combined with other face treatments, such as Hyaluronic Acid Fillers or Botulinum Toxin injections (e.g. Botox®), for an even more optimal outcome. Some facial anti-ageing solutions give instant results, while Lanluma’s beautiful outcome appears more gradually. Your doctor will always help you create a tailored treatment plan during your comprehensive consultation and reviews.

Results from your Lanluma Non-Surgical Facelift can last for around two years, sometimes even longer. Note that everyone is different. Duration of results can be impacted by such factors as genetic predisposition, lifestyle and environmental factors. Following a good skincare regimen at home may help you to maintain results for longer.

There is no downtime with your Lanluma face treatment. You should be able to return to your normal activities straight after. However, you may experience some redness and swelling in the treated area. This tends to last for a few hours.

Your doctor will also advise you on your aftercare routine for Lanluma. In most cases, you will be advised to regularly massage the treated area, usually during the first two weeks after treatment. This will help you achieve an optimal outcome.

Lanluma face treatments are relatively painless. A local anaesthetic is used to minimise discomfort.
