Aftercare & Support

At Vie Aesthetics, we pride ourselves in our excellent customer care, which we believe sets the standard for the rest of the aesthetics industry. When you book with us, you can be rest assured of being well looked after on every step of your journey, and that you will be treated ethically by a knowledgeable, friendly team who only has your best interests at heart.

To that end, we provide you with the following…

ACCESS AND INTERPRETING SERVICES
Vie Aesthetics make sure to provide resources and support to secure access and also to make sure you have very clear understanding of all the information around our services and procedures, as well as giving informed consent. If you have a hearing problem, we have British Sign Language interpreters available. British Sign Language interpreters are available for meetings and consultations through video interpreting and abide by a strict code of ethics, covering impartiality, accuracy and confidentiality.

Interpreting services are available to all clients at all Vie Aesthetics clinics. The services we offer are via “LanguageLine Solutions” which offers secure and reliable language support solutions including telephone interpreting and video interpreting. Over 200 languages are supported via telephone and over 40 languages, including British Sign Language (BSL), are supported via video interpreting. LanguageLine Solutions interpreters are tested and security-cleared and no calls are recorded.

Please remember to inform the Reception Staff the language that is required. Our Reception Staff will require at least one days notice so an interpreter can be organised to arrange during a consultation with a doctor.

COMPREHENSIVE, NO-OBLIGATION CONSULTATIONS

Before any treatment, you will enjoy a comprehensive, no-commitment consultation with the relevant doctor or therapist. During this consultation, we will speak to you about your concerns and educate you on your various options. That way, you can be confident that any decision you make will be an informed one. Please note that consultations require a fee. As well as honouring your time and giving you the best posible attention, information and advice, we honour also the expertise, the training, the time, customer service and the resources of our team, too. However, y0u may be pleased to know that the consultation fee will be deducted from your treatment payment, if you are going ahead.

FREE REVIEWS WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN

As part of our commitment to you, you will receive follow-up reviews with your doctor or physician, in order that your progress can be monitored and assessed, and any further advice offered. This is free and your appointments are usually with the practitioner who treated you. We believe this is the golden touch to our care and unlike almost any other clinic.

AFTERCARE ADVICE

You will be provided with full aftercare advice following every treatment, ensuring your recovery at home is as smooth as possible. In addition, our knowledgeable staff will advise you on the best homecare regimes beyond so that you can reap the full benefits of your treatment.

FOLLOW-UP CALLS

You will receive a follow-up call from our staff one week after every treatment to ensure you are recovering well. We are also available for you to contact us with any concerns before and or after this time.
