Delivery Information

Postage & Packaging (P&P) for all orders costs £3.95, irrespective of size of order. The only exception is Gift Vouchers, which are sent with free P&P.

UK delivery only. We regret that we currently do not offer international delivery for our products.

All orders under £200 are sent Royal Mail first class. Orders over £200 are posted first class signed-for.

Please note that we process all website orders daily (during working hours). Please allow up to five working days for arrival.

All products are sent in our beautiful, bespoke Vie Aesthetics packaging.

Returns Information

If you are unhappy with your products for any reason, please note products can be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt only, provided the products have not been opened or used.

If you have received an incorrect item or items, please notify us within one week of receipt.
