The procedure has shown true results for me and, although some people say it’s “uncomfortable” the professional staff apply just the right amount of numbing cream to make it painless. I actually enjoy my visits and always arrive early…mainly for the calm environment which gives me thirty minutes to unwind before my procedure (and also the hot chocolate with marshmallows!).
