We’re Finalists at the 2020 Essex Business Awards and Best Business Women Awards for 2020!

It’s obviously been a strange and challenging year that NOBODY could have predicted. But we’re hoping to end it on a high after being named as finalists in TWO more major awards, with our customer service being very much in the spotlight for both.

First up, our clinic has been named as one of only three finalists for Excellent Customer Focus at the 2020 Essex Business Awards. Winners are to be announced in December 2020, so keep your fingers crossed for us.

Secondly, I’m delighted to be a finalist in two categories at the UK’s Best Business Women Awards – such a personal honour! I am being recognised in the national Hair and Beauty and Best Customer Service categories. Due to COVID-19, the winners of this event won’t be announced until April 2021.

As hopefully all our loyal customers will attest to, we place so much focus on safety, ethical practice and outstanding customer care. We have tried to raise the standards within the medical and cosmetic world, while also creating a friendly, luxury and memorable experience that is unique to us.

This year, we successfully became regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which further guarantees you of the highest standards of medical practice. We also introduced the role of Patient Coordinator to make your visit even more rewarding (and COVID-19 secure, of course). So, to be recognised in these categories for two such prestigious awards is very, very humbling, indeed. I’m very excited!

However, we couldn’t have achieved this recognition without you. You’re all part of one big, happy Vie Aesthetics family. So, don’t forget to wish us luck! I’ll keep you posted of those results…
