Vie Aesthetics was created in Essex in 2013 with a clear purpose: to offer the kind of clinic experience we would choose for ourselves and our own family. One where people feel heard, informed and genuinely cared for; where science and artistry work together; and where clinical judgement always comes before decision to proceed.

Today, our doctor-led, CQC regulated clinics in Rayleigh and Holborn bring together medical aesthetics, regenerative medicine and wellness care in a calm, welcoming environment. Our approach remains personal, responsible and rooted in lasting relationships.

Vie Aesthetics was founded and created by Vasiliki Grammatikopoulou.  shapes our strategy, brand, patient experience and continued growth. Her background in education and teacher training has an impact on her vision that shapes our strategy, brand, patient experience and continued growth. Alongside her, Medical Director Dr Ioannis Liakas, who brings a vast experience form his NHS consultant background,  leads our clinical governance, scientific direction, treatment protocols and standards of medical care.

Our clinical team is led by Medical Director Dr Ioannis Liakas, who brings extensive medical experience to Vie’s clinical governance and standards of care. He works alongside experienced doctors, nurses and therapists, supported by dedicated reception, management and operational teams.

Every role matters. The quality of your experience depends not only on what happens in the treatment room, but also on clear communication, careful preparation, accurate records, respectful service and reliable aftercare.

Our Clinics

Vie Aesthetics welcomes patients and clients at our UK clinics in Rayleigh, Essex, and Holborn, London. Each location offers its own selection of services, and some treatments may be available only at a particular clinic or following assessment by a specific clinician. Our team will help you choose the most appropriate location and consultation pathway for your needs.

Our clinicians combine medical knowledge, careful assessment and an understanding of proportion, movement and individuality. We aim for outcomes that are considered, balanced and natural-looking, with treatment plans tailored to the person rather than built around a trend.

We invest in clinical education, technology and professional development so that our team can evaluate new approaches responsibly. Innovation at Vie is never simply about what is new. It is about what is appropriate, evidence-informed and capable of adding meaningful value for the person in front of us.

Every appropriate treatment journey begins with a consultation. We take time to understand your medical history, current health, expectations and priorities. We explain suitable options, important risks, expected benefits, alternatives, aftercare and costs, and we give you the opportunity to ask questions before deciding whether to proceed.

Consent is an ongoing conversation, not simply a form. Recommendations are made by appropriately qualified professionals working within their competence, and follow-up is planned according to the treatment and your individual needs. Our medical director and founding member Dr Ioannis Liakas is one of the industry’s most skilled and respected aestheticians. Prior to Vie Aesthetics, he worked in the NHS for more than 20 years and was in charge of the Care of the Elderly department at Southend Hospital for more than six years. Dr Liakas is supported by an incredible team of experienced skin therapists, talented doctors, charismatic front-of-house staff and passionate brand ambassadors and patient champions.
