We’re named as WORLD’S BEST AESTHETIC PRACTICE of 2020 at the MyFaceMyBody Global Awards

It began as an ordinary Saturday (as ordinary as these days are at present!), but by the time 12 December 2020 was over, I’m not ashamed to say I was cracking open the bubbly while pinching myself considerably. After all, we had just been delivered some of the best news we’ve ever had in our seven-year history: Vie Aesthetics had WON the GLOBAL AWARD for AESTHETIC PRACTICE OF THE YEAR at the super-prestigious MyFaceMyBody Global Aesthetic Awards 2020!

Incredible!

I still can’t quite let that sink in properly. So, I have to keep repeating it to myself. Basically, we have been declared the WORLD’S BEST AESTHETIC CLINIC of 2020 at an awards ceremony that’s often dubbed the “Oscars of the aesthetics industry”.

Wow.

That is just crazy.

Last year, the same awards recognised us with two “Highly Commended” gongs. In this year’s live-streamed ceremony, we were initially announced as joint winners for the UK Aesthetic Practice of the Year category, which was astonishing enough.

But as the event rolled on, we then scooped the overall prize for the world, sneaking ahead of the winners from Australasia, USA, and Rest of the World. My jaw just hit the floor.

What can I say?

I am so, so proud of my team. It is so deserving. Everyone – our expert therapists, our front-of-house team, our receptionists, our managers, our business developers, our marketing and web team, our cleaning staff, and of course, our world-class medical team, led by our champion Medical Director, Dr Liakas (pictured right), everyone has been a superstar.

The MyFaceMyBody Awards says it celebrates “innovation” and “customer excellence” within a “fast-growing and exciting industry.” It selects winners from the advice of a panel of expert judges, as well as from public votes. So, on that note, THANK YOU to the judges who saw all the hard work we have put in. And THANK YOU to everyone – all our amazing clients – who voted for us.

Of course, it’s been a sad and challenging year for everyone. However, we haven’t let that stop us from continuing to expand and improve in every way we can. Over the last 12 months alone, we’ve become regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which ensures we continue to operate by only the highest possible safety standards.

Then came the expansion. Earlier this month, in December 2020, we opened brand new additional premises in London Harley Street, which represents a massive new venture for us. I’ll reveal all in a separate blog post – because that is exciting news in itself.

And, of course, we have continued to bring the latest, most advanced treatments to the clinic. This has included expanding our wellness program with a doctor-led Weight Management Clinic and Life Coaching sessions, as well as introducing the latest revolutions in skin remodelling and body contouring with the ground-breaking Morpheus8, BodyTite, and AccuTite & FaceTite treatments.

Our success at the MyFaceMyBody Awards 2020 really does mark a crazy end to the year. As you may have already seen, we were also recently announced as Finalists in multiple categories at the Aesthetic Awards, Essex Business Awards and Best Business Women Awards, with winners still TBA.

Who knows what 2021 will bring? But for now, stay safe everyone, we can’t forget what’s happening right now. But again, THANK YOU so much for all your continued support and love.
